Service Description
A focused consultation for communities, organizations and businesses exploring a development opportunity or preparing a new project. We discuss your objectives, current challenges, available resources and potential partners. Together, we identify priorities and consider a practical approach to moving your initiative forward. Topics may include rural economic development, project scoping, funding readiness, partnership opportunities and implementation planning. This session is a useful starting point for a new idea, an existing initiative that needs direction, or a project that requires further development.
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING Please book at least 24 hours in advance and up to 60 days ahead. Your consultation is confirmed when you receive a booking confirmation. Check the appointment time and time zone, and provide a brief description of your priority so we can prepare. Payment terms are shown when booking. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING You may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. Any payment for a timely cancellation will be refunded in 80%. Rescheduling is subject to availability. For cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments, any payment already made is non-refundable. If an emergency or unexpected difficulty prevents you from attending, contact us promptly; we may offer a one-time reschedule at our discretion. No additional cancellation or no-show fee will be charged. LATE ARRIVAL Please join on time. If you arrive late, your consultation will still finish at its scheduled end time. Contact us promptly if you have trouble joining. CHANGES BY EXA If EXA Group Canada needs to cancel your appointment, you may choose an alternative time or a full refund of any payment made. WAITLIST If no suitable time is available, email operations@exagroupcanada.com with your preferred service and dates to request a place on our waitlist. Joining is free and does not reserve an appointment or guarantee availability. We will contact you if a suitable opening becomes available; a booking is confirmed only after the time is agreed and you receive confirmation.
