FIRST INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE OF MULTILATERAL COOPERATION IN TOURISM LAW & SUSTAINABILITY
POLICY, TERM OF USE, REFUND & OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Tourism is the leading industry for sustainable development and the communication bridge for solutions to other economic activities.

 

This event aims to engage different sectors of the international economy to create joint solutions in international multilateral cooperation to present legislative proposals for tourism, linking the 2030 Agenda and other international guidelines.

 

We will debate essential topics and develop recommendations to regulate new actions and policies for sustainable development. The focus in 2023 is on rural areas and international reconciliation with indigenous peoples.

 

This is an initiative of Strong Farm & Rural Shores Destinations. Together we are going to change the world, and we are starting to create a link between Brazil and Canada, inviting the entire planet to experience this revolution.

 

The ticket is personal (nominal). It is essential to present an original and official identification document with a photo, together with the printed or digital ticket, for validation;

 

Buyers can make ownership changes. Just email operation@exagroup.ca with the subject "Change Ownership" and request the change. The request must be made at least 30 days in advance. The exchange can only be carried out once per ticket, and the exchange will be available up to 72 hours before the start of the event.

 

In case of cancellation of orders, the refund of the ticket value, minus the EXA Group Canada service fee (20%), will only be made if the request is made within a period of up to 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase. Returns will be made within 15 to 20 days after ordering. This request must be made by email: operation@exagroup.ca.

 

Please note that if you cancel after seven days of ticket purchase, EXA Group Canada will not issue a refund.

 

Ticket prices available to the Brazilian public are the same as those offered in Canadian dollars. EXA Group Canada chose to provide participants from Brazil the same value in Reais, not converting the value from Canadian Dollars to Real.

 

The discounts offered in Canadian Dollars also differ from those provided on tickets in Reais, aiming to reduce the impact of monetary conversion by managing the discount percentages.

 

Tickets can be purchased individually or in the package offered at a discount. Below is complete pricing and package information.

 

The regular prices for the event are:

 

  1. The standard price of the complete package with all events costs CAD 1,150.00 (one thousand five hundred Canadian Dollars);

  2. The price of the face-to-face Workshop on September 25 and 26, 2023, costs CAD 250.00 (two hundred and fifty Canadian Dollars);

  3. The price of the face-to-face Conference on September 27 and 28, 2023, costs CAD 550.00 (five hundred and fifty Canadian Dollars);

  4. The price of the launch event to be held in July or August 2023 (date to be confirmed 30 days in advance) costs CAD 200.00 (two hundred Canadian Dollars);

  5. The price of the Strong Farm & Rural Shores Award Dinner on September 28, 2023, from 8 pm to 10 pm, costs CAD 250.00 (two hundred and fifty Canadian Dollars);

  6. The price of the workshop with simultaneous transmission online on September 25 and 26, 2023, costs CAD 150.00 (one hundred and fifty Canadian Dollars);

  7. The price of the Conference with the simultaneous online transmission on September 27 and 28, 2023, costs CAD 150.00 (one hundred and fifty Canadian Dollars);

  8. The price of the Special Reception Destinations Strong Farm & Rural Shores by the EXA Canada Group, OAB-SC and UniSul on September 27, 2023, costs CAD 200.00 (two hundred Canadian Dollars).

 

Below is all the promotional plan information for all available event packages. Full Event Package ticket only.

 

  1. Big Deal: Buy your ticket between May 1 and June 30, 2023, with a 60% discount. 50 tickets (in-person) and 100 tickets (online) are available in this promotion. This package costs CAD 380.00 (three hundred and eighty Canadian dollars).

  2. Flash Deal: Buy your ticket between July 1 and July 30, 2023, with a 40% discount. 50 tickets (in-person) and 100 tickets (online) are available in this promotion. This package costs CAD 570.00 (five hundred and seventy Canadian dollars).

  3. Teachers & Students Incentive: Teachers and students from educational institutions will benefit from a 70% discount on 50 tickets (in-person) and 100 tickets (online) available for this promotion - purchase of tickets between May 1 and July 16, 2023. This package costs CAD 285.00 (two hundred and eighty-five Canadian dollars). To access the event with this ticket, you must email proof of enrollment at the educational institution or work relationship as a professor within a maximum of 72 hours before the event. The original voucher must be presented along with the personal document and ticket on the event day.

  4. Indigenous & Quilombola Incentive: Residents of Indigenous and quilombola communities will benefit from a 90% incentive discount on 50 tickets (in-person) and 100 tickets (online) that are available between May 1 and July 16, 2023. CAD 95.00 (ninety-five Canadian dollars). To access the event using this ticket, you must prove by email your residence in Indigenous and quilombola communities a maximum of 72 hours before the event. The original proof must be presented with the personal document and ticket on the day of the event.

 

The Workshops will be held in person at the University of Southern Santa Catarina (UniSul), Av. Pedra Branca, 25 - Cidade Universitária, Palhoça - SC, 88137-270, Brazil, has a capacity for 40 people per room. The workshops held online have the ability for 100 people per room. The special workshops will be held in different locations to be defined by July 1, 2023. These special workshops will be in-person only, with a capacity of 20 people per session.

 

The in-person Conference will be held at the Brazilian Bar Association of Santa Catarina (OAB-SC), Rua Paschoal Ministro Pítsica, 4860 - Agronómica, Florianópolis - SC, 88025-255, Brazil, has a capacity for 340 people, 240 in the main auditorium and 100 in the plenary.

 

The online Conference and Workshops have a total capacity of 500 people in the event's two days.

 

Participation in the Workshops will be in order of registration and will be subject to availability according to the tickets sold. The first tickets sold will have greater flexibility and choice in the Workshops. The first people to arrive will be the first to guarantee a place in the workshop of their choice. Participants will have access to 1 (one) workshop in the morning and 1 (one) workshop in the afternoon per day, with a maximum of 2 (two) workshops per day. Participants who opted for the special workshop will be able to participate in only 1 (one) workshop per day.

 

The event price includes the following meals: breakfast, coffee break and dinner at the Strong Farm & Rural Shores Destinations international award event. Lunch is not included. Participants who wish to have lunchtime meals with the EXA Group Canada team will receive a free walking tour with a tour guide but must pay for food and beverage expenses. The walking tour takes the participants to the event's registered restaurant, where everyone is the individual responsible for paying fees and other associated costs.

 

Event prices for international and Brazilian attendees differ due to event financial planning and currency conversion.

 

All tickets can be purchased on the EXA Group Canada website (www.exagroup.ca/events). Accessing the event's official support sales portal to buy tickets in installments is necessary. The official support sales portal will launch on April 17, 2023, via social media and the EXA Group Canada website and communicated via email to registrants on the EXA Group Canada website (www.exagroup.ca/contact).

 

The in-person reception of the event will verify all supporting documents requested in the incentive packages and all personal documents that prove ownership of the tickets. The EXA Group Canada team, the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB-SC) and the University of Southern Santa Catarina (UniSul) reserve the right not to accept the admission of persons who do not meet the requirements presented in this event.

 

Any behaviour detrimental to the safety, health and well-being of participants is prohibited and may result in automatic cancellation of participation in the event. Discriminatory, offensive, prejudiced, racist or other treatments that violate the person's dignity will not be allowed. Actions that characterize this type of treatment will not be tolerated. People who act this way will be banned from the event, with automatic cancellation of participation and referral to the authorities responsible for the management and contingency of this type of situation and conflict.
